How do I know my payment information is safe?
Payment security is vital to Officers Club. Our website is secured using encryption software to ensure that your information is safe and secure at all times. Our website is also secured by Verisign which means your information is always secured with 128 bit encryption.
What currencies do you accept?
Currently we only accept Pound Sterling. Although in the future we are looking into alternatives such as Euros.
What other payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following credit and debit cards; Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch and Solo. We also accept payment by telephone on 01670 591000. Alternatively you can use PayPal.
Can I use my Officers Club/Petroleum gift cards and credit notes?
We are looking to integrate our new gift cards as a form of payment for the website. At current this feature is not functional and unfortunately we do not accept credit notes as a form of online payment.
When is payment taken from my account?
Payment is taken at the time of the transaction for credit card payments and PayPal.
Why will my card payment not go through?
Unfortunately there are cases when payments will not go through the system. Please ensure that all information that has been entered is correct. We do apologise for this but it is out of our hands and down to the payment process determined by the banking systems. Alternatively you can call us on 01670 591000 where you can try pay over the phone or use an alternative payment gateway such as PayPal.
Delivery Information
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a conformation email. This email will have a tracking number on it which you can use to track the package through our delivery partners website. See delivery options below for more information about tracking.
Can I have my package delivered to an address other than by billing address?
Yes, you can have your package delivered to any mainland UK address regardless of the billing address. You can specify the delivery address on our checkout page.
Can I have my package left with a neighbour?
You can specify additional delivery instructions on our checkout page. We will pass on a delivery message to our delivering partners but we cannot always guarantee this will be fulfilled to your requirements. Orders left at your instruction are at your own risk and we will not be liable to compensate orders that are damaged or lost.
Will the weather have any affect on my order?
Your order will always be dispatched from our warehouse at the soonest possible time regardless of the weather. However we cannot guarantee and will not be held liable for a delay in delivery due to severe weather conditions.
Are there any areas in the UK that you do not deliver to?
We deliver to all mainland UK, including highlands & islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and BFPO via our Standard service. Express and Next Day delivery is unavailable or may cost considerably more to certain postcodes. Please see below for more details.
Do I need to sign on delivery?
Most deliveries will require a signature on receipt. If there is nobody available upon delivery the courier will advise you to contact them for a suitable time for re-delivery or collection of the order..
What days do you deliver?
We delivery on working days only (Monday-Friday). We do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.
How do I know if my goods have been lost in transit?
If you have not received your goods within the agreed time frame please let us know. We will query this with the carrier company responsible for the delay. There will be a given time-scale for which carrier companies will accept that goods have been lost. This time-scale will be agreed in their terms and conditions. Please contact us for more information about which carrier company your order will be dispatched with.

FREE DELIVERY
If you purchase £50 or more from our website, after promotion discounts you are entitled to FREE DELIVERY. Delivery on our free service will be sent using our express service which is usually £4.95. See below for more information about this service
STANDARD DELIVERY
Our standard delivery service will ensure that you receive the goods within 2-4 working days. The cost of this service is £3.95 and will require a signature upon collection. This service is not fully trackable. Tracking will only offer information about failed or attempted deliveries.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
The 48 hour service that we offer will ensure that goods purchased before 2pm on any working day will arrive within 3 working days after purchase. Orders after the 2pm cut off will take a further day to arrive. Delivery of goods on this service will arrive with the customer between 9am and 5:30pm. We cannot offer an accurate time of delivery on this service. The cost of this service is £4.95 and will require the customer to sign for the goods upon delivery. We do have a fully trackable system for this service. This service is only guaranteed within 48 hours for UK Mainland postcodes.
The following postcodes are not classed as UK Mainland: BF0-BF99, BT1-99, DD8-11, GY1-99, HS1-8, HS9-99, IM1-99, IV1-20,25,30-32,36, IV21-23,26,27,40,52,53,54, IV41-51,55,56, JE1-99, KA27-28, KW1-3,5-14, KW15-17, PA20-23,24-40, PH49-50, PA41-49, PA60, PA61-75,77,78, PA76, PH19-26,30-41, PH41(2),42,43,44, TR21/25, ZE1-99. 24 HOUR SERVICE (NEXT DAY)
The 24 hour service that we offer will ensure that goods purchased before 2pm on any working day will arrive on the next working day after purchase. Orders after the 2pm cut off will take a further day to arrive. Delivery of goods on this service will arrive with the customer between 9am and 5:30pm. We cannot offer an accurate time of delivery on this service. The cost of this service is £5.95 and will require the customer to sign for the goods upon delivery. We do have a fully trackable system for this service. This service is only guaranteed within 24 hours for UK Mainland postcodes.

COLLECT IN STORE
If you are not available to have goods delivered to you during the week you can choose to have your order sent to your local store for free! Items delivered to store use that branch's normal stock delivery. This delivery usually takes 2 working days, however as all stores do not receive a delivery daily, it can occasionally take up to a maximum of 5 working days to arrive.
Please follow these simple steps to have goods delivered to store. Collection can be arranged from our Officers Club stores only, excludes Petroleum branches.
- Choose the items that you would like to purchase
- When at the basket page select "Collect In Store" from the drop down menu
- Once you choose this the list below will be populated with store names. Select the nearest store to you.
- To find your local store go to our store finder
When using this service please allow a minimum of 2 working days for your package to arrive in the store. One it has arrived please follow this procedure
- Upon completing your order you will be emailed your invoice
- You will also then be called and emailed to say that your item has arrived
- Take your invoice (if you are unable to print this off quote your order number and name) to the store
- The only person who can collect the goods are those persons named on the invoice
- You must provide photo identification upon collection
WORKING DAYS
The working days are referring to Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. The next day delivery service orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next available working day.

ORDERS
All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The confirmation stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, will send you an order acknowledgment e-mail detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this e-mail is not an order conformation or order acceptance from us.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or have cancelled it.
DELIVERY
This website is only for delivery of products to customers in mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland, Shetland and Scottish Islands. We can also delivery to BFPO addresses. Please see our help section for full listings. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
Delivery of the goods will depend on the delivery service selected at the ordering stage. We offer a next day service to most mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. The next day service to Orkney, Shetland, Scottish Islands and some remoter parts of Scotland will be subject to a considerably larger delivery charge, and must be chosen by you at the checkout page. We also offer a standard delivery service, which we aim to deliver the goods within five working days. However no guarantee is made, especially in relation to Orkney, Shetland, Scottish Islands and the remoter parts of Scotland.
We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to delay or failure to deliver the products within the remoter parts of Scotland.
We withhold the right to not resend any orders which have been returned to us without prior payment for a second delivery if you have provided us incorrect delivery information, or when you fail to collect your goods from your local depot if a delivery has been attempted and failed .
TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
In order to contract with Officers Club you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card. Officers Club retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you are contracted with. This will usually be Officers Club or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party Officers Club is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
PAYMENT
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
DISCOUNT CODES
Account discount codes - Discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders; such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered.
Promotional discount codes - We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website.
