Refunds & Returns

How do I return an item by post?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please send it back to us in its original condition within 28 days. The garment(s) must be returned with all original tags and packaging. Please indicate on your Invoice whether it is an exchange or refund. Upon receipt and examination we will exchange the item and dispatch the very same day or we will issue a full refund to the full value of the item(s). Please note goods must be returned and have arrived at our head office within 28 days.

Officers Club will not be able to refund any delivery charges. Due to this we recommend customers return goods to Officers Club or Petroleum stores where possible. We recommend any returns made by mail are sent by recorded delivery to ensure it arrives correctly as it is the customers responsibility to ensure the package arrives to us.

Exchanges and refunds are not available on underwear due to hygiene reasons except where the item is faulty.

All our items are inspected before dispatch, however should you receive a faulty or incorrect item please send it back to us with your invoice to the returns address above. All items are checked when returned and if we find that your product is faulty then we will return you the full cost, including delivery charges.

If you have any issues with returning your item please contact us quoting your reference number, name and product purchased. Please also add your reason for return and whether you require an exchange or refund. We will advise you on how to proceed with your return.

How do I return an item to one of your stores?

To return an item to one of our branches please first locate your nearest branch by visiting out Store Locator page. When returning the item please also bring the invoice you received with your product as this is your proof of purchase. Without this an exchange or refund cannot be actioned. You can return an item up to 28 days after you have received it.

I have received a product from the website but it does not appear to be the same as the picture on the website?

We do our best to ensure that all products appear accurate as possible on the website imagery. If you have received a product that you believe to be a different colour or fit we will not deem the product as faulty and any refunds made will not include delivery charges. If you have any further query’s regarding your product please contact us.

When will you refund my money?

We will refund your money as soon as we can but please allow at least 3 working days from the point of us receiving your item(s). We will send you an email confirming the refund and the value amount. After you receive the conformation email please allow up to 5 days for the money to be credited to your account. Your card issuer or bank is responsible for crediting your account therefore we have no control over the time period for receiving your refund once we have actioned it. If your card has expired or has been declined we will arrange for an alternative payment method for your refund.

Can I still get a refund if I have lost my delivery note?

If you have lost this documentation we are unable to provide an exchange or refund for you as this is your proof of purchase..

I have received my refund but not the delivery charge?

Delivery charges are only refundable if you have cancelled your entire order within the 7 day Cooling-Off Period or where the goods are faulty and a refund is made. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the item(s) to us within 28 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for the cost of the return unless the item is damaged / faulty or the incorrect item has been sent. Items must be unused and have all tags in place so they are in re-sellable condition. Where these guide lines are followed, we will offer a full refund via the original method of payment within 5 working days of the receipt by us of the returned item(s). For Hygiene reasons underwear is non-returnable.

To be obtain an exchange or refund, you must complete and enclose the invoice provided with your order. Please follow the procedure below to return by post.

Indicate on the Invoice whether you would like an exchange or refund and state the reason.

To our stores

If you would prefer to return an item purchased on the website to a local store you may do so subject to the same terms and conditions. Please bring the invoice provided with your order to the store as your proof of purchase. Refunds will only be made by the original method of payment.

Faulty or wrong item

If you receive faulty, or incorrect items and wish to return them by post please send the item(s) and a copy of your invoice to the address above.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are only refundable if you have cancelled your entire order within the 7 day Cooling-Off Period or where the goods are faulty and a refund is made. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Alternatively items may be returned to a store.

Multi-Buys or Bundles

If you return a single item purchased as part of a multi-buy or bundle package (for example ‘2 for £20’) you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the original purchase price of the multi-buy or bundle.

Offline returns online

Items purchased in store cannot be returned via the website and must be returned to one of our stores.

All postal returns

To ensure all returns are received by us safely please ensure the following;

Wrap the item(s) adequately and make sure they are sealed and water tight.

Ensure the correct Officers Club returns address is attached to the package.

Ensure that you get a certificate of posting from your local Post Office as proof of postage. This certificate is a free service offered by the post office

Please ensure you include a copy of the original invoice - no returns, exchanges or refunds can be processed without this.

Ensure you write on the invoice whether you want a refund or exchange.

Privacy Policy

We will do everything necessary to ensure you have peace at mind in knowing that you information is kept private.

We only collect this information to fulfil your orders. Email addresses and telephone numbers collected allow us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. Your information may be provided to third party delivery/couriers businesses to complete your order.

By registering with us or becoming a member you are agreeing to us providing you with information regarding offers which may be relevant to you, usually by form of a news letter sent to your email address.

You can opt out of this by either unsubscribing through the email itself or by logging into you Officers Club account.

Usernames and passwords are provided to you only, as a customer of Officers Club. This allows you to access personal information that we are holding on your account. You are able to update, delete and amend this information. The account allows you to access this feature.

THIRD PARTIES

We will not pass any of your personal information onto any 3rd party unless necessary to complete the fulfilment of you order, such as the courier/delivery company used to delivery the goods to you.
